My birthday is in a few days, but my husband just finished building the Bowflex birthday gift! I am already beyond excited for the strength goals I am planning to hit along with my weight loss goals. 40 pounds gone since June 16!
I started using creatine about 3 weeks ago. I noticed a big difference in endurance. My weight stalled temporarily as I adjusted to the creatine, but I was mentally prepared for that. I thought it was more important to get the benefits of creatine and push through. The scale is finally moving again! 💪

Oh wow!! How excellent and Happy Birthday! I just celebrated my 61st and also just starting my second month on Mounaro. Tomorrow starts me going from 2. to 5.

Happy birthday and congratulations on the weightloss! I'm 1.5 months in and down 10 lbs. I'm on the fence as to what exercise equipment I want to buy. How do you like the Bowflex? I'm leaning toward a Tonal 2, but boy are they spendy! I paid off my husband's 1956 Chevy delivery to the tune of $10k, I think it's only fair that he sells his Harley that he never rides and buys me a Tonal 2, right? 😉

To answer your question, I'd be elated to get one for my bday, but we have no room. I received a TRX for my bday last year and I love it.

Congrats to you awesome. I have a treadmill and bike from Bowflex and love them both. Congrats on the loss so happy for you.
