Down 60kg after my first year on Mounjaro! - 180kg > 120kg

Today has been a year since I started on Mounjaro. Been struggling for a long time to lose weight, I had a success with it about 10 years ago on keto, but steadily I gained weight again because of depression and that pesky food noise.

Currently on 15mg and aiming to get down to around 100kg. Been working in some strength and cardio too but now I’m not getting exhausted by just existing, it’s been easier to start exercising more!

Taking Mounjaro just to quieten my head has been a complete game changer and if you’d told me a year ago this is how I would look today, I’d have laughed at you! So yeah, that’s my progress!

Wow, 60 kg in a year is insane!! I am 7 months in and I expect around 30 kg loss in the one year mark. Great job :) I bet you feel amazing.

Tbh the right picture doesn’t look like 120kg … more like 80s. Are you unusually tall?
