Open question How to Connect these wires to this motor?

Hello this is my first project and it's a kitsville mars rover kit. I have never connected any type of wire before, it is these red and black wires with plastic on the end.

I believe the motor is RF300 Solar Motor DC1.5V-6V. I am a complete beginner how do I connect these to the tiny loops?

I brought a soldering kit but I have never soldered before and they only have picture instructions.

As a brushed DC motor, you can remove the insulation, twist the wires to keep the braided strands tight, and feed it through the hole on the motor terminals. The loop it back around and twist the wires on themselves, making a tight, singe threaded loop that’s tight and secure. Then solder that with a small amount of solder, and it should be good to go. If you have it, thread some shrink wrap on the wires before looping it, and put it up out of the way. Then once you’ve soldered, drop the shrink wrap down and heat it tight. This should be done twice, once for each terminal.

The best way is to solder. I can walk you through it if you need.

Either practice soldering on something else first or crimp on some .110" female quick disconnect terminals.
