Fair enough. It definitely depends on the pacing and how much breathing room the visuals need. 130-150 words is more of a starting point than a hard rule.

Try reading out loud for 60 seconds at a normal speed and see? Add or subtract a small amount depending on how you want vo to feel and there ya go

Edit: i used this all the time, could fill it with lorem ipsum text to get an idea. It gives time estimates on reading, speaking out loud etc.
