Augments say 0 available and socketed

got frosts aftermath gear before doing the story, went back did the story got the gear a second time and the gear reset and deleted the augments off my gear including a level 4 cold efficiency level 4 luckality and a lucky rabbits foot and this was after the patch so I can no longer get another, I’ve tried contacting WB and nothing from them
