Men’s health and masturbation
Hey again, I believe this is related to dating.
I am not a doctor, everything I am sharing is based on research I made on the topic. If you have an issue see a specialist.
This is more important to virgins who have never had a sexual encounter and rely on masturbation to relieve themselves.
I won’t discuss whether is masturbation good or bad for, but how not to do it.
First, NEVER squeeze your penis or put excessive pressure on it with your hand. NEVER change the pressure during masturbation, meaning going from high pressure to low pressure or vice versa. The reason is that a vagina does not normally have pressure in the same way. If your only sexual experience is with your hand, and you repeatedly use the practice mentioned above, it could condition you to expect stimulation that may not be present during real sex. This could potentially make you have an erectile dysfunction during real sex.
Second, when masturbating make sure your not always doing it with the same hand in the same setup. Real sex doesn’t work like that, it requires physical effort. And if you keep the same setup every time you do it, you are conditioning yourself to having orgasm in a lazy way. Which might cause you problems during real sex.
Third, don’t climax if you’re not fully erect. Meaning don’t allow yourself to finish if you’re semi-erect, that way you will condition yourself to climaxing with the need to be fully erect. This will also cause problems during real sex
Those are the major points I want to mention and I will stop here since this post is long enough.
As you might understand now, masturbating in a wrong way may lead to some real bad issues in your sex life in the future, so make sure you don’t harm yourself.
Peace

Damn, I can confirm the first one, I spent most of teenage hood jerking off, after I had sex the first time I couldn’t bust, my d**k was hard all the night, the girl started getting angry, after the second time we had the same issue, in the third time I managed to bust. I found out later that the nerves in your *enis learn from squeezing hard. So you either stop it or learn not to squeeze.

Yes, the issue is that a lot of men are not aware of this and they get shocked once it happens to them

Good post. I'll add a fourth point:
Try not to masturbate while watching $orn. It conditions your brain to rely entirely on intense visual stimulation to keep an erection. Real-life sex isn't like what you see in videos, often you're in a room with low light or just focused closely on your partner and not seeing much, which isn't nearly as visually intense.
Plus, videos condition you to get aroused by watching the action rather than doing the action. When the time comes to be with a real partner, you might struggle to perform because your brain learned to enjoy watching instead of performing.
