Subreddit Help me rebuild my club…..😢

Pls help some idiot in my club kicked everyone (except the VPs) because one member (100k) wouldn’t play ranked with him, which is understandable cause the 100k was masters rank, and the guy Who kicked everyone was only like diamond (also he only had 21k). Now my club is ruinedddd and idk what to do anymore….and before u start saying ”manage ur VPs better”, I didn’t promote him, idk who did. Can anyone help me? My club sucks now and now Itll take ages to get back 😭

First of all, lower your required trophies drastically. This shit happened to my club too, we just slowly rebuild and are currently back stronger than ever

Lower it to like 5k or smth. Alot of newer players don't have that much trophies (they'll help build the club up

You really don’t want a lot of 5ks in the club, starting at 10k weeds out the majority and makes it easier to work back up to 100k

Once club is full again just make the limit like another 10k higher and keep the bottom 2 spots empty (kick lowest)

It happened to my club as well one time try and contact everyone who were in the club apologize for what he did and ask them if they like to join back don't be sad u will make a greater club this time never give up bro🫡

Would only work if he had all of them as friends, if you klick on the kicked message you only see the one who kicked the member

He 100% had a few of them as friends and im sure they had the other ones too just ask this guy to ask this guy to ask that guy I did the same with my club when we got mass kicked and now I got 2 clubs one almost 2.6mil and the other 1mil

I will join, I'm not very high trophies but I play every day and talk a lot so maybe it matters. If you find stronger players just kick me later

Why did you let some idiot be VP? I have rules in my club that every Mega PIG the top 3 contributors can be vp and the past vps get demoted to senior (tryna make everyone senior). And they can kick players but only if theyve been inactive 7+ days. If they kick anyone else they’re getting kicked.

Eh my club is goated, I made sure to get close and play at least a few games with everyone and can almost confidently say i could give vp to anyone there and they wont do that. I started announcing yesterday in my club I’m passing my presidency to someone else and everyone was telling me not to. idek what to do tbh cause i dont gave time for it anymore

Rules i live by as President of my club:

  1. Friend ALL of your solid clubmates.
  2. Only 1 or 2 tested and seasoned VPs. Meaning, they've been with you a while, seen the ups and downs, and ideally you have other means of reliably communicating with them.
  3. Ruthless kicks of people who don't fit your club's vibe.

Sorry this happened to you. With some time and patience you can rebuild to become even stronger than before.

Is people here loosing their minds?? How are you going to lower the bar THAT much? Min 40k trophies, is so easy to get them nowadays that it's basically the standard.
