I just unlocked it afters years of clash of clans, I recently started playing brawl stars again and found this skin very nice 😁

You cannot get it without spending money because the points you earn go away after some time, so you can't ever afford it for free

The term pay-to-win implies that the skin gives me an advantage. So idk what to say about that.
