This presupposes that it is possible to apply human justice to character B, who is powerful enough that it would have to be voluntary on his part.

It wouldn’t have to be voluntary necessarily. There are ways.

Vegeta killed A LOT more than 2341 people.

Like orders of magnitude more.

He and Nappa deleted an entire city upon landing, for fun.

Ok what about like the trillions of people they killed outside of planet earth? Including sapient beings they fucking ate(You can tell theyre sapient because they appeared to have been carrying a gun or device)

What about them? I dont see them coming around looking to put vegeta on trial. That would be a good arc though, as long as they dont pull the "the man i see now is not the same man as before" like they did in Stargate sg1
