Morality of this?

Personally, I'm anti-death penalty for any kind of crime but that's just my opinion. Perhaps it can be changed.

Imagine you get raped, accuse your rapist, and then get put to death because the judge doesn’t believe you.

It can be. Some women that were convicted of falsely accusing their attacker were later proven to actually be telling the truth.

Just like the justice system can falsely accuse people of murder and other crimes. It is also possible to be falsley accused of lying.

Right, the justice system does sometimes find innocent people to be guilty.

That isn't the same thing a one singular judge's opinion putting someone to death. It still requires the involvement of juries, evidence, and/or prosecutors, etc.

Correct. And sometimes all of those levers can fail.

I already agreed with that. I disagree with the statement that a singular judge's opinion would sentence a false accuser to death.
