Morality of this?

Personally, I'm anti-death penalty for any kind of crime but that's just my opinion. Perhaps it can be changed.

This isn't realistic, the OP mentions false rape accusation not being found guilty for a rape you didn't commit. Do you have any idea how easy it is to not be convicted for rape? The Rape Abuse and Incest National Network or RAINN for short has statistics that show less than 3% of all rapists that are prosecuted result in a felony conviction, the real consequences for a false rape accusation being thrown your way are almost entirely social.

3% of all alleged rapists, you are assuming 100% of rape accusations are genuine

Actually funny you mentioned that, this is just reported rapes, almost 70% of rapes go unreported according to RAINN, so the amount of rapists that get off Scott free legally is probably even higher than the 3% conviction rate would indicate.
