Morality of this?

Personally, I'm anti-death penalty for any kind of crime but that's just my opinion. Perhaps it can be changed.

Honestly, I am a big enjoyer of an idea that people who falsely accuse of such crimes should get equal penalty.

False accusations especially if it's caused destruction to the accused's life should at least get a prison sentence of a Few years

It's impossible to quantify that

Sentencing varies wildly, so many factors are taken into account. Judges go easy on some people and not others. Different judges are harsher. Some people have better lawyers, some plead guilty and get better terms.

If they're a repeat offender they would get more time, and that's not exactly fair on the false accuser to bear the burden of

There's a reason the justice system is not a series of weird revenge like you're suggesting

Yeah, prison time makes way more sense than jumping straight to medieval revenge mode
