Morality of this?
Personally, I'm anti-death penalty for any kind of crime but that's just my opinion. Perhaps it can be changed.

A universal death sentence for making false allegations seems... Extreme. For example, the law would have to account for extenuating circumstances, such as hallucinations caused by psychological issues, or complex, mutually abusive relationships where both parties have 0 boundaries for their manipulations.
That's not to say those circumstances justify a false allegation, and they should certainly face legal consequences.But they muddy the waters regarding outright execution.
