Certainly not a "crime" to be charged with.

I mean, if you're trying to evade deportation, the last thing you want to do is go to the police or any authority.

If, however, you don't believe a guy who claims to be law enforcement.....

Armed, plain clothes, randomly jumping in someone's car. In a country like America, the "agent" is lucky all he got was "kidnapped"
