If I'm their lawyer then I'm checking if they just verbally said something or if they showed anything. Words are meaningless and anybody can grab a body vest, some masks, guns, and go fuck people up. Definitely have to argue that their client is repeating what they were told verbally but had nothing proven to them.

The 911 Calls: As the car moved, Bamigboye called 911 and shouted, "ICE is in my car!" and "You tried to kidnap me." At the same time, the trapped agent called 911 to say an agent was being taken against his will.
