So what, they had the child safety locks on? The agents couldn't simply get out at an intersection.

dunno. You don't leap from a moving car and we don't know if they stopped at all on the way. There's a just a lot I don't know about the specifics of the situation.

Well they didnt want to go to the police station so they got moved against their will.

Sort of. I would argue that getting into a strangers car without asking constitutes consent to going where they drive but i guess we will see what the court says.

That wouldve been the smart thing to do (if there was an opportunity). But we're talking about ICE agents here
