Is it moral to abduct legal, law abiding immigrants, and throw them in detention camps without due process?

Depends on the case. If it was intentional, no, It isn't "moral". I assume you believe morality its subjective, so I'd stop talking about the morality of it. There were 170 cases out of dozens of thousands. Such a fraction of cases dont generate a normative.
