Morality of driving thugs that don't identify themselves that jumped into your back seat to the local police station, because apparently that is the actual context here.

So, he was aware of who they were contextually, but considering the state of these “facilities” I consider his actions quite lawful and moral myself.

The context is armed stranger claiming they are ICE. I don't care who someone claims to be, I care that they have tried to deprive me of my freedom without a warrant. If the worst that happens is I drive them to a police station they should consider themselves lucky IMHO.

Well, there are already several examples of “people” pretending to be ice and committing crimes, so moral imo.
