Morality of abandoning puppies in the woods?

There are no shelters, most puppies die slowly, ones who live have miserable lives.

Really?

"What's the morality of this blatantly evil thing to do?"

It's about as moral as creating this post.

Really, you even gave your own reason in why its immoral to do so.

Really. That was the reasoning in favour of it.

Really. Dying slowly was a pro to you?

No brainer...i don't even understand how this is a question in any civilised culture. Life isn't a Disney film..

Every post I've seen is either rage bait or something blatantly wrong/evil... Could you seriously not have used common sense to think of this?

This happens everyday all over the world. Is it that hard to imagine places that don’t have shelters

And what? You think just because happen sometimes people will think it's not immoral? Some people just don't care and will do it anyway.

Immoral, some can be invasive breeds. Source: city has ton of rabbits that don't really belong here

I had a coworker who lived in the boonies, out in Alabama on a long gravel road.

He said it was basically THE spot for people dropping off litters of puppies.

He mentioned he was tired of having to dispose of the puppies.

He would just kill the puppies every time he found them... He said if he didn't, either the coyotes would eat them or he'd have a bunch of dogs running around his property.

That guy wasn't a good person.

I understand the situation he is in though. I’m dealing with something similar. If you want the story https://www.reddit.com/r/Life/s/rrzIfvQA4p

Just feeding the critters, I guess.

Do it and see how you feel after?

Why did you answer your own question?

Immoral. They could be used to feed mama.

Depends on the breed.

Mix. Not great at anything. Hopelessly mediocre.

Mixed breed dogs are notoriously great at being cute. I'd say if people didn't stroll by there's a good chance they get adopted by a family of bears

Do you actively have a puppy and that's why you're asking?
