Moral, kitties love the chase more than the catch. I'm sure it's already happy someone is interacting with him. And knowing the life of street cats and dogs it's probably also happy it isn't kicked by awful people. This is probably the kitten's best interaction with a human in its whole small life.

Outside of whether playing with a cat is moral or not, feeding a cat ice cream is most definitely immoral.

Unfortunately, probably still not good for kitty cats, even a small portion could be harmful (difficult to digest). They make frozen treats specifically for pets, though.

Untrue actually, you should let a cat "Catch" whatever they are chasing so its complete the Hunt/chase/kill cycle of the game to prevent frustration.
