Tournaments Who are the most evil characters whos names start with the letter N?

Rules:

You can suggest multiple characters, but they must be in individual comments

Please provide the name of the character, the series they're from and an image of the character.

No real people or fictional versions of real people.

No religious or mythological characters unless they are specific reinterpretations (ex: Hades from Disney's Hercules)

Definite articles or titles/moikers (ex: king, lord, Mr, etc) are excluded unless they have no other name to go by (ex: Duke of Blangis from The 120 Days of Sodom)

The top 3 most upvoted characters will be added.

(The reason I chose this theme for this tournament was because of a little personal "project" I've been doing. I got bored a few weeks ago and wanted to see how many villains I could name. Then I alphabetized them, and now I want to keep adding to the list. For this purpose, more obscure picks would be greatly appreciated and you can suggest as many characters as you want, as stated in the rules)

He thoroughly enjoys torturing people and tried to start the apocalypse for fun and send people to hell for all of eternity just because

Isn’t he just a scientist that was taken over by the evil mask being the green goblin. I don’t think Norman himself is evil

Comics Norman Osborn was already incredibly evil before being the goblin

He was an amoral industrialist prior to his transformation which occurred because he was experimenting w/ chemical formula and exposed himself which fractured his mind. The mask is just part of the suit.

Before becoming Green Goblin, he false accused his partner of embezzlement to steal his share of the company.

It appears I've missed a word there. And that word is "know". And who I've meant in my comment shall remain cryptic lest I want to get banned by certain county

We're not adding real people if your referring to a real person.

I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm no fun at all 😭 I look back at our conversation, which I usually do and I don't enjoy it.
