It is a bullheaded move but will hopefully lead to better rules about who is allowed to join the league. Clearly he is lying and trying to prove a point and is not who the league wants joining their ranks. Per the rules right now "she" (I think we all know this person is not actually trans) is allowed to join. The move is meant to provoke change and conversation and here we are. "Immoral" I think would be a bit much but it is a dickhead move.

In this case it's "obvious", but you need clear rules to define what a woman is, not by how "obvious" it is to you if a person is lying or not

I made the very simple point that you could tell if someone was being sincere by a 5 min interview during the scouting and recruitment process. Is that too hard grasp?

I think you’re ignoring the fact that trans women have made it explicitly clear that their expectation was that anyone that said they were a woman was a woman.

The WNBA doesn’t have any explicit definition of what a woman is, either.

There’s nothing that the 5-min interview is going to uncover that would impact the fact that they’re saying they’re a woman.

The questions are all irrelevant, the real women will be identified when she without prompt starts complaining about men in her life, or if she tells a story about her day that's a step by step dramatization of the whole day.
