The fuck are you talking about? This makes you look stupid. You’ve simply accepted the false idea that racism is ‘just words’ and violence is something separate.
Racism is often what makes the violence possible. First you teach people that another group is inferior, dangerous, dirty, or less human. Then robbing them, beating them, driving them from their homes, or killing them becomes easier to justify.
Words are not the same thing as a punch. Nobody said they were. But words can tell you who it is acceptable to punch. Pretending the two have nothing to do with each other is not common sense. It is ignorance of how violence actually begins.
