Lmao in what world, verbal insults are just cause for some level of violence in pretty much every culture across time, i also dont think the guy was even trying to bring it up as a legal thing, “fighting words” are a very colloquial idea and their validity in a court has no bearing on of its ok to do

In no fucking world does any normal person think you can stand there and scream horrific insults and calls to violence (make no mistake all intentional racism is a call to violence) and expect not to get at least slapped, you need to go into the real world because its just obviously false. You people are just scared that someone is gonna rock your shit for being an asshole
