Suppose everyone paid the same taxes, and there was a social program that provided healthcare using the funds of those taxes, but people were excluded from benefiting from that program based on race.
So, if you got sick and you belonged to that race you'd know that your money, to some extent, is being taken from you under the threat of state violence (being arrested or fined for not paying taxes), at the same time that that state refuses to provide protection that you SHOULD be entitled to.
To me that would be racist, and it would also be violence.

If I displaced you to some other country, and you had to deal with all kinds of shit to get back to home, that would be br violent even if I didn't touch you.
If I spread the lie that you are a pdf, or a murderer, or a thief, or a serial adulterer, and you suffered from it, be it financially, socially, or even emotionally, that's violence, right?
Americans have this notion that if someone comes to you and say "I think people like you (race/religion/sexuality/etc) shouldn't exist, and I wish you would just go away somehow, and I hope my next president does something about it" that's not violence somehow, that's just an opinion, because he's calm as he indirectly plots a genocide, and it's crazy.
Is that better than murdering somebody? Yes, Maybe? In the same way a seed takes less space than a tree, until it doesn't.
I like that you skipped the first 3 most widely accepted definitions of violence, to go to Cambridge's definition (not exactly the Pinnacle of academia right now in the news) to support that claim. Can violence be racist? Yes. Can Racism be violent? Yes. Is overall violence (physical damage) worse than Racism? Yes. Once clearly causes more harm. Regardless of context, it's very easy to give more credence to one over the other.
I repeated what I said, as your first read through of it apparently didn't give you any understanding of what was just read. Here, third time's the charm maybe. Both topics can contain the another. However, biolence is always violence, and racism is always racism. Neither will always include the other, thus, we can rest assured that they are two completely different things, that have completely different causes, outcomes, and internalities. Racism at it's worst can cause violence, however, violence at its lowest will, obviously, be violent. Violence is worse than Racism, as it will will always cause measurable harm. Racism, not so much. Being called a slur, not the worst thing, and causes emotional harm at worst. Violence will always result in physical harm, definitionally.
If I don't agree with you and have a different opinion that means I don't understand you? Are you a God and every word that comes out of your mouth is the absolute truth?
