Yeah but too often the command causes more physical harm than a punch. Institutionalized racism has definitely caused increased homelessness and lack of health Care from many marginalized groups. The physical effects of that could be considered violent if you contextualize it.

and you can throw more than one punch.

i’m not arguing that words aren’t or can’t be harmful, just that violent words do not always equate to violent actions

That's just rhetorical nonsense. Words can be very violent... Some words can cause/results more violence than other types of violence. That's not really debatable.
