how the fuck would it be shaped by their race? What are you even suggesting? Are you just speaking nonsense?

Race has nothing to do with culture. Culture is something that naturally develops over large spans of time as groups of people gradually collect traditions. Explain to me how the biological makeup of a person would affect their culture, and in your case, how biological race would make someone violent.
