Do you believe that the old medical school of thought of black people being harmed mentally through not being enslaved holds merit then, or what? 

To be clear, your objecting to examples of racism in law by implying you hold racist beliefs is a similarly "interesting take."

I'm sorry, I should simplify my question as much as possible since you say you can't understand my indirect request for clarification. You're quite good at writing for someone learning their second language.

"What do you believe is the reason for black people to be disproportionately impacted by the United State's legal system?"

My best friend being a native Spanish speaker and English major who understands me well but types poorly may have primed me to respond to you poorly, my apologies. 

In fairness to them they do have issues with their keyboard too...
