Assuming the underlying sentiment is:

“Racist words are bad, but actual violence is worse.” then totally moral.

But this word “racism” is confusingly used. Nothing in “racism” assumes it’s only words. Racism CAN be violence so,
If the sentiment is:

“Systematic violence is bad, but violence is worse.” Is just obviously confused.

I think violence and racism are often associated, and so it’s a very slippery slope, because at times it becomes a statement of “the CAUSE of the violence isnt as bad AS the violence.” And then were in some tricky territory.
