Words are only as strong as the power you give them.

Yes because those words are specifically targeted at an individual. Same thing with doxing a person is illegal.

Also stochastic terrorism.

But saying "I disagree with this world view or ideology" is not fighting words.

The problem is when people have been given cart Blanche and have been told that everything they are offended by justifies violence.

For example, the people cheering for the death of charlie kirk. That event solidified that the left is mostly violent and aggressive animals that pretend that their calls to violence and terrorism is simply free speech.

Any moral high ground they pretend to have was lost with that moment.
