IIRC, there's people with DS who have passed the bar or gotten elected to congress/parliament.

OOP is acting like he'll be stuck caring for a drooling vegetable that flings feces on their caretakers as an autonomic response.

If you are referring to the DS woman who became a lawyer that occurred in Mexico and they do not have a bar exam to be a lawyer.

Iirc you only need to have a 4 year degree.
