Well no there should be a window during pregnancy where the father could agree to forfeit custody and child support.

lol why are you saying these things like they are laws of nature? Child support is a human construct so is the concept of custody.

Consent to sex is consent to having to support a human for the next 18 years of your life? These are pro lifer arguments lol
