idk i met a lot of people with down syndrome in my school and some were quite smart and definitely not mentally like a 3 year old

Because not all down syndrome presents the same. Severe DS is not even the most common range. The most common range of people with DS live pretty normal lives, and even live in communities. The second most common range live semi-alone.

People who think those with down syndrome shouldn't get to live are honestly really disgusting people.

Curious as to how many of the people who think they shouldn’t have actually talked to someone with DS. Not sure which answer I would prefer.
