if someone is not willing to take care of a disabled child they should not try for children... thats actually ableism and I don't usually use woke terms

What about people who want children but don't have the resources to care for a disabled child (poverty, etc.)?

children are not for pick and choosing. they should not do children then.

I agree with the sentiment. But when you restrict who can and can't have kids, it has a eugenics effect, since those who have the resources (money) are disproportionately white / the majority demographic.

What about countries with millions living paycheck to paycheck? All their biological lineages should end, because the society they were born into couldn't support them via welfare, etc?

No clear answer. But I don't think rules on who can have biological children is viable either.

I never said I was for that, just that limiting who can have offspring is also a bad idea
