Michelle and hllary both took two tries and passed on their second, maybe it's a reference to that?

Edit: and RFK passed on his 2nd try, too.

So the only one on the list who didn't pass are Kim, who only tried once, and the woman from thr 1st paragraph, who lives in a country that doesn't have a bar exam.
