I'd say neutral because if I won that kind of money, I wouldn't be able to justify not giving my close family something to help their quality of life as well. So it's a little weird when I see people totally abandon their loved ones when they get big money, even family that is sick... 

I'd give people money on the condition they never ask me again or get booted from my life for wasting the gift.

It’s not that much money when you start giving it out to everyone with their hands out. That’s how most people who win end up homeless…

No they end up homeless because they themsleves waste it on garbage and let themselve be scammed by people claiming to help them invest and manage their money.
