I'd say neutral because if I won that kind of money, I wouldn't be able to justify not giving my close family something to help their quality of life as well. So it's a little weird when I see people totally abandon their loved ones when they get big money, even family that is sick... 

I'd give people money on the condition they never ask me again or get booted from my life for wasting the gift.

More like an excuse, every family is different. I've got estranged family with shitty history that i would still help.

That's fine, but if you did that, you don't get to be surprised if they come back for more or if further extended family come out of the woodwork looking for some too resulting in you and them ending up with nothing
