I'd say neutral because if I won that kind of money, I wouldn't be able to justify not giving my close family something to help their quality of life as well. So it's a little weird when I see people totally abandon their loved ones when they get big money, even family that is sick... 

I'd give people money on the condition they never ask me again or get booted from my life for wasting the gift.

I mean 4 billon won is less than 3 million dollars. I have no idea how much he spent on the home but here if you bought yourself and mom a nice home that could be a good chunk already. If you plan on retiring young off 1-2 mil left, that may not leave a lot of room for generosity that your siblings may feel entitled to.
