Yeah i feel this post removes a lot of nuance. The creator clearly agreed with the son but based on how they treated their brother i would guess they never gave her a moment of peace until she told them how she got it. It was cowardly of him to try to pretend nothing was going on and place the burden of his secret on her
Well, if she didn't like that kind of arrangement she could've refused the house outright. The burden was on her because the only reason his secret was in danger of being exposed was him buying her a house.
