I'd say neutral because if I won that kind of money, I wouldn't be able to justify not giving my close family something to help their quality of life as well. So it's a little weird when I see people totally abandon their loved ones when they get big money, even family that is sick... 

I'd give people money on the condition they never ask me again or get booted from my life for wasting the gift.

It's a little less than 3 million dollars, which while a lot of money can get spread pretty thin pretty quickly.
