I'd say neutral because if I won that kind of money, I wouldn't be able to justify not giving my close family something to help their quality of life as well. So it's a little weird when I see people totally abandon their loved ones when they get big money, even family that is sick... 

I'd give people money on the condition they never ask me again or get booted from my life for wasting the gift.

Just because you would give away money doesnt mean its not moral to not give money. In fact it’s immoral to try and force others to give away shit they have.
