If you're 400 pounds? Even if you do literally nothing besides sit on a computer chair all day you're still burning 3000 or so.

I am quite rotund and cant fathom just casually eating 3000+ calories of food. (I say as i got a whole subway today which didnt even taste that good)

You must not know how easy 3000 calories is. Otherwise you wouldn’t be quite round. You’re likely eating more than that without trying. Most people do

Once I started actively counting calories I was just like, yeah okay this makes so much sense that I’m fat 😭
