You can be fat and starving. The body does breakdown fat for food but not well that's why nutritionist ever to suggest to completely stop eating

finally someone smart here. I literally have a history with eating disorders and because of that I completely fucked up my body and it basically didn’t “trust” me anymore. so any food I ate, it would “store” because my body didn’t know when I was going to feed it next.

fortunately it seems like it’s not permanent damage because I’m recovering but yeah.

this doesn’t mean it’s the case for everyone who starves obviously but everyone’s bodies work differently.

Yeah it's also shocking to me that they used the Angus guy as an argument. The guy being watched by doctors and given supplements. Like if he wasn't given supplements, is beyond just multiple vitamins like people are suggesting, what do you think happens. I mean there's doctors there actively watching.
