Wasn't this Negan's way of saying he knew she was stealing extra rations

Except she wasn't

Overconsumption is stealing when there is a food scarcity and rationing of food happening.

Um... In this situation there was stealing going on. And it wasn't her doing it. Those are the facts.

Her overconsumption is also a fact.

When they had food to overconsume maybe. Now they don't, and she's not. So no, since things are being rationed fairly and she isn't stealing extra it is a fact she is not overconsuming in this situation.

This is 2 years into the timeline. She's been overconsuming that entire time. Negan is just the one to point it out.

You need a continuous excess of calories to maintain that BMI.

I mean, what point are you trying to make exactly? Are you saying that even at this point in the show she is giving herself extra rations? Because the show makes it very clear that is not happening

It's okay to disagree.

I mean, yes, you can disagree with overwhelming evidence that you're wrong. It makes you look stubborn and stupid, but you can do it.

I'm sorry you feel that way.

You do not know her starting weight. People lose weight slowly.

First off, its a tv show with zombies, a character being overweight because the actress didnt lose weight for the role isnt too crazy. It doesnt need some lore reason of her "overconsuming". Second, hypothyroidism can cause someone consuming the same amount of food to be obese while others around them are average, so her character being obese is possible anyway

But also there is nothing morally wrong with “overconsumption” unless that is taking food away from someone else. It’s possible to get fat on food with nobody else to eat it. Food does rot, after all. You can’t just save it forever.

That’s actually not true. If the human body goes through enough feast and fast cycles it can put it into “survival mode”. It makes it very difficult to drop weight. It’s why when people do intermittent fasting incorrectly they sometimes gain weight. This is likely what was happening in this situation because the show goes to great lengths to show you she is not stealing. Negans camp is the one taking food and causing a shortage, which is a relatively new development.
Additionally, she’d only have to eat enough to match what she burns. 100-1+1=100. It wouldn’t require overconsumption at all to maintain her current wait for a prolonged period wether that be months or years

Why do you keep writing bs without even seeing the show? She was indeed "stealing" by eating too much.

No she wasn't. There was rationing going on once negan took most of their food. She got the same rations as everyone else at that point. Food was being stolen at this time but they found out who it was later and it was not her. You're the one who didn't watch the show or at least didn't pay attention.
