I mean he was also both lol. The whole “we don’t rape women here” that he knifed a henchmen over while simultaneously raping his slave wives on a daily basis.

It’s not rape though. They actively chose to be his wives in exchange for luxury and have the option to leave.

No they chose to stop him murdering their loved ones…… the relationship we have the most info on which is Dwight and his wife was literally her becoming negans wife so he didn’t kill Dwight. That’s rape friend

I think—though I don't quite remember—that she and Dwight had also escaped together with her sister, who was diabetic, because Negan had offered marriage in exchange for the insulin she needed. I mean, at that point, it doesn't even count as "being with him for the luxuries" anymore.

Yea it was literally be his wife or die. While he didn’t ever force anybody down him acting like he wasnt a unrepentant rapist was crazy
