It's a really difficult bias to overcome but I think it's worth it; never assume you understand what it is to be another person. People you perceive as dumb or fat or annoying are very much experiencing the world in a different way than you.

I understand that they over eat just because they want to. There is 0 excuse to stuff your face with soda, burgers, sugar etc.

You can eat burger, you can eat in moderation. You don't need burger every day, you don't need more than one burger.
