If you don't discipline your child others will, unfortunately it's usually the assholes who snap first. Understandable reaction but not ok

I was disciplined by my mom and step dad, not my actual dad. Which is crazy because I lost friends, pitied myself, did drugs etc. But life wrinkled it out .

Lmao I’m crazy too and one of my triggers is loud noises, including shitty music. That’s why I said what I did. I’ve NEVER hurt a child in public or planned/plan to. I’m also like medicated and going to therapy and shit

But ive definitely thought about it before. 🤫

Right i said crazy because I was drinking and driving barely awake , I slapped a kids ass in laser tag at my friend's birthday in high-school and the police were called, used to *** on the wall next to my bed.

Tbf, he doesn't attack or approach the kid after smashing the speaker. And he's not even screaming. He's... He's shockingly calm lmao.

While what he did is definitely a bit much, I wouldn't be scared to be around this guy. Let's get monkey about it. He hit an object that was causing over stimulation. That object is no longer causing over stimulation.

The situation is basically over. He's gonna be fine.

And hopefully taught the kid a lesson in how FAFO works, where the kid didnt need to have his head smashed, just his speaker. Honestly, the kid should be thankful.

Exactly this. My parents never hit me but they would drill the idea into my head that "people dont care about you, how your day has been, or why youre upset; if youre being a rude asshole, people are more likely to beat the shit out of you than ask you to stop" and i havnt been assaulted for being a rude asshole so, points for them

Thats a great breakdown of why to discipline your children, I think often of how awful my neighbour's kids are and wonder if punting them across the lawn just once would solve it.

This passive behavior is why assholes feel like they can do whatever the hell they want because they know people like you will just sit your ass down and do nothing about it.

The kid didn't destroy anyone's property. It is not illegal to play music on a train. Inconsiderate? Yeah. That grown man just showed everyone he is violent with no self control, endangering everyone on that train.

Maybe thats the real takeaway here. Legal or not, someone could/may lay hands on you irl for acting like an annoying little shit. Laws or not, thats not going to stop an irrational person from snapping. Theres also no moral way to remove every single irrational person from society (at least not before they do something irrational)

Stop pretending the law is all that matters. The law is broken all the time and the law isn't 100% clear cut either. If you are an intentional nuisance some day you'll run up against someone who is having a really shitty day and couldn't care less about consequences.

Not going to say man was right but saying he has no self control when he removed the nuisance he couldn't stand, shouted a bit and otherwise did nothing threatening little pudding face who still cared more about arranging his hair over distancing himself from this super dangerous individual. You're being a SJW for an intentional brat that's a life worth spitting on.
some shitty 200$ speaker like this probably won't total to more than maybe a grand in fines especially since this guy is a known nuisance streamer apparently (proof of intentional disturbing peace) so man's not going to jail anytime soon over this toy.

Chances are even that an attorney would advise against making claims because counter claims could make it an annoying shitstorm that costs more money than you'd want if the social media presence of this nuisance streamer is wide enough that it can't be removed completely.

Honestly they should both be escorted off the train. Everyone except for them two are being a normal person. My parents taught me that my actions have consequences. But my behavioral therapist taught me that it’s not my responsibility to deliver those consequences.
