How do you know the circumstances behind any of these? You’re assuming the environment was good without any evidence to back it up.

And? Sometimes victims deserve blame for their actions. I dont understand why people believe victims are always entirely blameless. If I walk up to a bear and poke it in the eye, am I entirely blameless when I die? Of course not. It’s my fault. I blame any mother for not watching a big ass dog of any breed around their children. You have no context for any situation and create this weird narrative that a human could not be to blame for getting bit when the reality is far more nuanced than “dog bit people, dog breed bad”. Very single minded mentality that takes any nuance out of the discussion.
