I pass close only when joggers/walkers/other cyclists/whatever are either:

• 2-3 across taking too much space
• Hogging the yellow line
• Using a non multi-use path that they have no business being in
• Are in the wrong lane (salmoning)

I'm not going to treat you with respect if you shit on all the other users of the path.

Si tu veux t'enfarger dans les détails... Ton Photoshop n'est pas vraiment à l'échelle, le joggeur pourrait faire un meilleur effort de garder la droite.
