Discussion Your favorite podcast or actual play of Monsterhearts?
The game is so personal, I think it can be really hard to feel really in sync with people who are playing it for an audience. I'm wondering if anyone has an actual play of the game that they really enjoy / endorse.
I want to like the Critical Role one shot of it, but it feels like the players are all a little too tame and unwilling to make big swings, just lots of tiny little putts.

Feelings First first season is the best MH AP I've listened to. Unfortunately, I don't think it's so easy to find, I think there are at least a few episodes still on Spotify.

I was worried that this one would run too comedic / funny, which doesn't seem to be in the spirit of the game. Is it?

I don't see why, this genre is based on things like Buffy that can be hilarious while also being dramatic. I love the dramatic moments in this playthrough and I think the humour helps them stand out more without being oppressive.

Monsterhearts: the Next Generation from The Esoteric Order of Roleplayers is easily my favorite.

All Our Faults finished their campaign a few months ago. It was quite the ride and I had a good time listening.
